Article 1

Following the guidelines for student s to apply for the “withdrawal and refund rules for students of Tzu chi university of science and technology”, hereinafter referred to as “the rules”

 

Article 2

All formal courses (including junior college department, day department, day department of university, bachelor’s course for further study, etc.) shall be refunded according to the following proportion:

  1. Students who apply for sabbatical leave or withdrawal before the school day (including the first day of school) shall be exempted from payment; All charges are refundable.
  2. If a student applies for a leave or a drop-out after one third of the semester but not more than one day after the first day of class (the first day of school), he/she shall be refunded two thirds of the total tuition and miscellaneous fees and other fees. For those who apply the system of credits, tuition and miscellaneous fees or the base of tuition and miscellaneous fees, two-thirds of the total of the credits, the base of tuition and miscellaneous fees (or the base of credits, tuition and miscellaneous fees) and the rest of the fees shall be returned
  3. If a student applies for a leave or withdrawal after one third of the semester but not two thirds of the semester after the start of the semester (inclusive). he/she shall be refunded one third of the total tuition and miscellaneous fees and other fees; Those who adopt the system of credits, tuition and miscellaneous fees or the base of learning fees shall be returned the credits. One third of the sum of fees, tuition and miscellaneous fees base (or credit tuition and miscellaneous fees) and other fees.

4. Students who apply for rest or withdrawal after two-thirds of the semester (including

      the first day of class) will not be refunded

 

Article 3

Article 4

Article5

Article 6

The refund for the collection and agency of the university may be handled according to the actual situation. For those who have purchased clothes, paid the student insurance premium, or collected the membership dues of the student union, it shall handle according to the regulations of the student union.

 

 Article 7

Tuition and miscellaneous fees for extended study students shall be subject to the        tuition and miscellaneous fees system or the credit tuition and miscellaneous fees system as prescribed by the university.

 

Article 8

These measures shall be adopted by the executive council, approved by the President and announced for implementation.
